High Temperature Shift Catalyst

These High Temperature Shift Catalyst is a kind of excellent performance high temperature shift catalyst. It applies for the shift stage of large and medium-sized ammonia, hydrogen and Towns Gas plant to react CO with stream to produce H2 and CO2 based on coal, light oil, natural gas, oil gas and other raw materials. It uses especial caustic soda precipitation technology to make rod microcrystal, differ from traditional spherical microcrystal.
High activity due to high surface area and special active component- -Fe2O3
Improved strength and robustness because of rod microcrystal structure.
Low bulk density and high porosity.
Increased tolerance for heat and upstream boiler leaks because of the stabilized structure.
Available in two sizes to allow optimization of activity and pressure drop in customized loading.
YS-B119 type high temperature shift catalyst has been used in many ammonia and methanol plants. In 1998 it also substituted G-3 type high temperature shift catalyst and successfully applied in a 100kt/a methanol plant. Operation benefits of YS-B119 type catalyst such as high activity, maximum stability, long life and low steam and power consumption were confirmed by its industrial applications.
