Key Features
RENDERS HIGH SHEAR MIXER is designed for Premixing, Mixing, Dispersing & high shearing system for the production of viscous dispersions in the ink, paint, cosmetic, pharmaceutical, food and chemical industries. Its especially suitable for wet dispersing and mixing solids in liquids. As per the principal of high shear mixer the specially designed high speed impellers develop tip speed for whole dispersion. In this process size reduction is undesirable but its necessary to make sure to control tip speeds. The high shear mixer is driven by electric motor at the speed of 1400rpm causing strong shear force.
The raw materials are sucked from both top and bottom of the tank through high shear impellers. The material is dispersed, sheared, emulsified and homogenized at the high shear edge of mixer. Then its accelerated to spread back to top and bottom of the mixer due to the mixer is mounted inside a tank, the cream is dispersed by the disperser and goes circulated inside the tank. After several circulations, its completely mixed, sheared, dispersed, emulsified and homogenized.
