High-pressure Suspension Mill

The purpose of the High-pressure Suspension Mill is to grind materials in the fields of metallurgy, construction, chemical industry, mining, highway, water resources and hydropower industry. The materials should be non-flammable and non-explosive. Examples of the materials are:quartz, feldspar, calcite, limestone, talcum, ceramics, marble, granite, dolomite, bauxite, iron ore, barytes, bentonite, gangue coal and so on. The materials should have the hardness less than 9.3 in Moh's scale and humidity less than 6percent. The granularity of the end products can be changed from 0.613mm to 0.033mm.
Working Principles:
The whole system of the high-pressure suspension mill consists of the main engine, reducer, analyzer, pipe device, blower, dust cleaning machine, jaw crusher, elevator, electromagnetic vibrating feeder, electric control system and so on.
The high-pressure powder mill consists of host, blower, super-granularity analyzer, product cyclone powder collector, bag dust collector, connection duct and so on. According to the customers needs, the additional equipments can also be selected, for example, elevator, hopper, electric control cabinet, feeding machine, crusher and etc.
In the main engine of the high-pressure suspention mill, the grinding roll assembly hangs on the grinding roll cradle through the hanger shaft, the grinding roll cradle, the main shaft and the blade connect together.
