The vertical mill is in fine grinding equipment, grinding, drying, separating and transporting in one, is widely used in various solid materials of cement, building materials, electric power, metallurgy, chemical industry, non-metallic mineral industries such as grinding and ultra fine grinding.
Principle:
The grinding plate of vertical mill is driven by the motor through reducer. Material falls to the center of millstone and then move towards edge under the centrifugal force.
Meanwhile it is rolled by roller. After crushing, material overflow from the edge, then it is transfered to the high efficient separator by hot air from nozzle ring.
The bigger materials transmitted back to grinding and the qualified materials will be collected by the dust collecting system. The big materials that is not carried and metal parts entering accidentally will be ground through the external circulation of bucket.

2. Vertical mill has it own separator and does not need additional separator and elevator.
3. Vertical mill has no steel ball and impact liner inside, so the noise is very small, lower than ball mill about 20 ~ 25dB.
