High Pressure Steam Boilers

We are master in making, exporting and supplying of High Pressure Boilers in Pune, Maharashtra, India. Waste to energy is our aim while developing bagasse fired boilers. Our design team is capable of developing high pressure bagasse fired boilers delivering pressures ranging from 45kg/cmA to 120kg/cmA . CNC tube bending machines ensure strong and wrinkle free bends in the coils of the boiler. Boiler panels are made under extreme care and accurate dimensions to maintain the efficiency of the boiler. We being an old player in sugar turnkey projects, we are quite familiar with the aspects of co generation. Hence one fourth of our workshop space is machined only for the manufacturing of boilers shells, coils and panels. Taking the infrastructure into consideration, we also manufacture boiler accessories such as economisers, convective super heaters, and air preheaters.
