We are making and supplying High Performance Paper Cutting Machine in Aurangabad, Maharashtra, India. Paper Cutting Machine Using Geneva Mechanism The main principle of this project is to absorb least amount of energy to perform multiple operations simultaneously. It is a demonstration of how a single power source with combination of different mechanical techniques can efficiently perform simple operations in an industry.

The idea is to combine the intermittent mechanism of drawing the paper out of the roll in standard length with the automated paper cutting tool is such a way that both processes takes place with minimum power consumption giving out efficient results.

The project consists of a high torque DC Motor as power source with chain and sprocket for power transmission. A geneva wheel is used to provide intermittent motion to the conveyor rollers which draws the paper onto the conveyor. A number of simple links and fixtures are attached to scissors to automate the paper cutting process in standard lengths.
