The fully automatic pulp molding egg tray machine model E6000 developed independently by ZH is composed of pulp molding pulping system. Pulp molding forming system, pulp molding drying system and some auxiliary equipments. Taking old newsprint, magazine or used cartons as the raw material, with the process of pulping, screening, consistency regulating, forming and drying, the egg tray equipment can produce egg tray 3000pcs/hr. The same machine can be used to produce molded pulp egg cartons as well with a higher capacity.
The full automatic pulp molding egg tray machine controls the whole system automatically by PLC and touch screen. The whole process including pulping, screening, consistency adjustment, supplying, forming, transferring and drying can be controlled by the program without labor involvement in production line.
