By continuous investment in equipment and technology, the company has emerged as a leader in specialty Copper alloys strips, blanks and cups. Companya s premium and high performance products cater to worldwide customers in automotive, switchgear, electronics, communications, electrical, decorative, ammunition coinage and other engineering industries. The first plant was set up in Mumbai (India) where copper alloy strips/ sheet/ foils are being manufactured. A second plant which is Indiaa s most modern manufacturing plant was set up at Sarigam (near Vapi, Gujarat) approximately 160 Kms north of Mumbai and commenced commercial production in 2011. Copper (ETP & DHP) manufacturing facilities are also set up at our Sarigam plant, apart from the normal copper zinc & Copper Tin alloy ranges. A well-equipped modern laboratory and an independent quality assurance system ensures tight process control. A carefully structured system of frequent checks and statistically determined techniques build quality in our process & ensures that customersa requirements are fully met. Our products are tested for Standard tolerances and other quality parameters as per national or international standard specifications and as per customera s specifications We have received ISO 9001:2008 Quality certification for both our plants at Andheri as well as Sarigam and ISO 14001:2004 EMS, ISO / TS 16949:2009 Certification for our Sarigam plant. Since our founding, we have been committed to continually improving our safety and environmental performancethrough ongoing training and new technology. Safety is a top priority.We decided not to use lead, mercury, cadmium, arsenic, or hexavalent chromium in the wide range of copper and copper alloys we produce to attain RoHS compliant.
