High Expansion Foam Unit System

We are engaged in offering excellent quality High Expansion Foam Unit System to our valuable clients. The system includes foam tank, proportioner and high high expansion foam generator. This device need a water supply equipment to provide water with pressure from 0.3~1.0Mpa. A part of water flow into water turbine to drive it rotates and then drive the wind rotor. Another part of water flow into proportioner and its velocity increase rapidly at jet, which result in vacuum in the vacuum chamber. Then the foam concentrate was inhaled to the proportioner and mixed with water out from jet and flow into pipe. The solution will be mixed with another part of water from water turbine and was dispersed into droplets when it flow through a nozzle and sprayed to foam generate net. These droplets then form thin films and were blowed into amount of foams by wind rotor.

Structure Feature:
1. It has its own proportioner which is connected with foam tank with a straw.
2. It will operate as long as there is pressurized water supply.
3. Fits the small areas total flooding extinguishing system.
4. There are mobile and fixed type to be chosen from.
