Salient Features of our Hi-Frequency Screens :-
The ENESTEE Hi-Freq screens are powered using dual unbalanced motors to give a linear motion flow. These screens have an inclined back plate which is at 45-65degree angle and it rapidly removes significant amounts of feed water. The bed of solids formed on the screen surface lets the water percolate through the screen openings and the bed is compacted during vibrations. This in turn squeezes the water out of the fines bed as it is conveyed up the deck.
* No welding on the side wall plates. Fully bolted structure.
* Welding on cross members are stress relieved prior to assembly.
* Wear and corrosion lining are standard to all equipments.
* Counterweights are guarded for operator safety.
* Screening deck can be tensioned from the sides with ease and can be replaced/removed without much efforts.
* Machine painted using special corrosion resistant paints for longer life.
