• Bed is made from 25 grade cast iron and is hardened upto 400 BHN hardness strictly inspected with microlevel. Hardness tester and straight edge.
• Boring of Head stock is done on WMW boring machine fitted with induction hardened and ground spindle made from alloy steel.
• Apron is totally enclosed oil bath system with lever type arrangement for automatic feeds.
• Hexagonal shaped tail stock with hardened and ground tail stock spindle made from alloy steel having external and internal grinding.
• Hardened and ground gear made from 20 Mn Cr 5.

• Provided as time saver equipment with separate thread & feed shaft. Thus, feed & thread gears could be changed rapidly and decreases wear and tear of half nut and lead screw.
• Instruction manual as per Indian standard IS - 1878 (part-1) 1993.
