• Bed is made from 25 Grade Cast Iron and is hardened up to 400 BHN hardness, strictly inspected with Microlevel, Hardness Tester and Straight edge.
• Boring of Head Stock is done on WMW boring machine fitted with induction hardened and ground Spindle of threaded made from alloy steel. Spindle has external and internal grinding.
• Double Screw Apron is totally enclosed oil bath system with lever type arrangement for automatic feeds and fitted with gear made from alloy steel
• All the gear in Head Strock are made from En-8 and with high range of speed. (Nitriding gear)
• Electrical panel board has been provided below the Head Stock with ON, OFF and Inching System. (Ifordered)
