Key Features
Basic construction of the machine has been made stronger and sturdy for working heavy beams. Main framing has been fabricated in M.S. angles and Cross bars which will sustain load rotational torque of drum. Heavy beamer is attached to the main warping machine.
WARPING DRUM - OPEN, M.S TUBINGS & RINGS
Five meter circumference open drum is specially designed with combination round, rectangle hollow tubes across the width supported by 22 mm support rods and C.I flanges on solid M.S shaft. At one side of drum 700 / 800 mm long cone blades of M.s . has been hinged at one end. The other end of Cone blades connected to cone height bars for adjustable up to 150 mm cone height. Whole drum shaft is fitted with heavy duty bearings resting on main structure and pulley & belt drive from motor.
