Based on the production system that suits both large and small amount production using the gravity die casting method with centrifugal force, our products are manufactured through aluminium annealing and age hardening treatment, in order to prevent any tiny deformation of heating plate.
In addition, through the strict sheath heater management, we are putting our best efforts in quality assurance to satisfy both the physical/electric performance and durability of our product.
Furthermore, By liking the ceramic coating facility to the production line, we are manufacturing high-density ceramic coated products that have excellent Infra-red radiation and thermal radiation.
