This equipment is an accessory to be attached to and operated via Gas chromatograph instrument of any make. The equipment contains a sample vial heater block & transfer line which can be heated up to desired temperature, automatically operated needle, and pneumatic system.

The equipment is connected to GC by means of carrier gas cum transfer line just ahead of column, and by Purge-In-Port, as shown in the pneumatic diagram, figure 2.

The carrier connections may be made either before or after the manual injector port of the GC, as indicated. The Purge connection should be made from back side for the carrier gas input. The carrier gas pressure can be adjusted with the knob behind the instrument and the pressure can be seen on front side pressure gauge. Also the carrier gas pressure input to GC can be adjusted similarly. For Netela s Gas Chromatograph the auto start electrical contact output is available for automatically starting the GC when the gas injection is being done.
