Components | Description |
Rotor | In order to enable dynamic balancing, rotor is used. It is made using high-grade material. |
Chambers | Chambers are fabricated using thick grade material plates. |
Side parts | The product consists of side parts, above 8' size, material id used in grinders. Also, for heaving duty bearings, rotor is housed in the side parts. |
Blades | Are High Carbon High Chromium (H. C. H. C) tipped with a hardness of 60 on the Rockwell C scale. These are fitted by a high-tension bolts. Also, the fixed ones are provided with adjusting bolts and are housed in chambers. Even in the heavy operating loads, due to the arrangement of locking system blades are on place and also don't dislocate. |
Bottom screen | Bottom screen is manufactured using grade material plate and is offered with perforated holes. |
