Plastic Scrap Grinder Machine:-
Rotor : The one piece rotor is made from Grade Material and accurately machined to enable Dynamic Balancing.
Chambers : Made of Thick Grade Material Plates.
Side Parts : Made of good quality Grade Materials. Grade Material is used in Grinders above 8" size. Rotor is housed in the side parts by means of heaving duty bearings.
Blades : Are H.C.H.C (High Carbon High Cromium) tipped with a hardness of 60 on the Rockwell C Scale. Blades are fitted by means of high-tension bolts. Fixed Blades are housed in the Chambers and are provided with adjusting blots. Also provided is a seprate arrangement to lock the blades in place and prevent their dislocation even when subjected to heavy operating loads.
Bottom Screen : Made of Grade Material Plate and provided with perforated holes.
Collecting Bin : Made of Glavanized Steel.
