Graphite Mold Release Agent I75l

These Graphite Mold Release Agent I75L is a powder made on the basis of graphite and other carbon and mineral materials.
Application : Graphite I75L is used as an immerse product (dip-product) applied with the foundry of brass after the techniques of manual, mechanical and low pressure. Suitable for heated metal molds.
Treatment : Graphite I75L is mixed in distilled water or deionization water in the proportion of 1:10 and is at once ready for use.
The proportion can be changed according to the weight and thickness of the sides.
Graphite MS can in special cases be added to graphite I75L. Thus the covering power and sliding ability can be improved.
Clean the die before using I75L; use cotton cloth, brush, spray gun, etc to smear or spray the mixed I75L on the die.
Heat the mold to at least 120a before using I75L.
It is recommendable to keep the whole liquid in motion by appropriate device (stirring apparatus).
Bearing application : In dry rooms graphite I-75L is indefinitely imperishable.
