Our suggestions:
1.Before connect the electrode:
A. Please check the inner thread of the electrode first. If the thread is not intact, please contact the sales staff to confirm whether the electrode could work properly.
B. Please clean the electrodes by compressed air first before connecting.
C. When the electrode is being wrung into the electrode hole on one end, the cushion could be prepared on the other end to avoid the nipple breakage.

2.When connecting the electrodes:
1). Drop down slowly, when the new electrode is right above the hole of the connected electrode.
2). Put the isolator between the two electrodes, and drop the electrode slowly to prevent the breakage of electrode hole and nipple threads.
3). Lift the new electrode a little, and then take out the isolator, connect the two electrodes.
4). Tighten the electrodes with the proper wrench and specified torque.
