Key Features
GP Clear Resin is a clear, general-purpose orthophthalic unsaturated polyester resin manufactured by Samrat Poly Resins at Doraha, Ludhiana, Punjab. It is used for FRP hand lay-up, spray-up, moulding and lamination.
Typical applications: FRP water tanks, roofing sheets, sanitaryware, panels, cooling tower components, doors and door skins, boat and marine components, gratings and general composite products.
Published properties: Appearance: clear. Viscosity: 350 to 450 cPs. Gel time: under 8 minutes. Styrene content: 33 to 40%. Supplied non-accelerated as a liquid for room-temperature cure with MEKP and cobalt octoate.
Packing: 225 kg drum. Technical data sheet and safety data sheet available on request.
