The INDION NG series of Fully Automatic Softeners (NGS-AMPV) incorporates the proven technique of counter flow regeneration, pioneered by Ion Exchange (India) Ltd. Counterflow involves the flow of brine used for regeneration and the flow of raw water during service, in opposite directions. This ensured that the average residual hardness in treated water is consistently less than 5 ppm as CaCO3 throughout the cycle.

Special Features

The NG series of fully automatic softener is attractive, compact, easy to operate and maintain, and uses international quality material of construction introduced for the first time in India. The softeners are light-weight and have 64-70% less components than conventional softeners. Pre-assembled and tested before shipment, these softeners are also available with higher flow rates.

Fully automatic control valve: The softeners are fitted with a top/side mounted multiport control valve depending on the size and flow rate. Automatic initiation of regeneration can be time or volume
