Function and usage of GBN 2000Z Box Compression Tester:
The instrument is designed and manufactured as per the provision of GB/T16491 and conforms to the requirements of GB4857.4 transport packaging case pressure test, GB/T4857.16 transport packaging case stowage test and ISO2872 and ASTMD642 pressure tests. It is applicable to carry out proof pressure, deformation and stowage tests for soft package cases with corrugated cases, honeycomb crates, and other packaging cases.

Salient Features of GBN 2000Z Box Compression Tester :
It adopts the DC motor to drag the driving system to form the action of board-pressing through the screw rod. The high-precision force sensor can accurately reflect the loading conditions of the test pieces. Its microcomputer system acquires and handles the test parameters, and outputs and displays the test results.
1.It is equipped with microcomputer control, full digital circuits and professional test control software.
2.It offers man-machine dialog and the test parameters can be entered through keys. Then, it can choose the test methods and automatically finish the tests.
3.It can be used to measure deformation under fixed pressure and test the compressive resistance under fixed deformation, and carries through maximum collapsing force and stowage tests.
4.It dynamically and digitally displays sample indexing, test pressure, sample deformation and starting pressure.
5.It can print the test results.
