Fully Automatic PLC based Online Ink Coder is a digital encoder used to track the speed of the main machine, soft touch keys, digital display & production counter, for registered printing of Mfg.Dt., b.No., M.R.P., Exp.Dt etc. It makes use of easily changeable flat type nylon or rubber stereos for 4 to 6 line printing of size 35 X 50 mm & speed of up to 600 packets per min. Fully Automatic PLC based Online Ink Coder is suitable for continuous & intermittent FFS (Form Fill Seal) machines, pouch packing, flow wrapping, blister pack machines, conveyor systems, biscuit, masala, oil, milk, water packing, winder-rewinder system, and so on.
