Equipment Structure

The whole equipment is composed of parts which are accurately treated with heat and high temperature to keep the equipment under normal demonstration with changing shapes or rusty.

Heating Platen Structure

Special structure heating platen, protected by patent.

Steel platen with long time heating treatment to protect it from changing shape during years of operation.
Up to 60mm thickness, with surface flat.
Channels inside the steel heating platen, improve the efficiency of heating, enabling the temperature homogenous during laminating cycle.
One cycle time is about 22 minutes including cooling time.

It is designed the intellectual double system on vacuum valve groups and temperature sensors control. When one system is working, the other one is used for preparation. Safety and Alarming System

Safe operation

Protection Lock: Installed with protection lock, the upper lid won't drop and hurt when meeting accident.
Protection System: The light will alarm with sound when the operator is not in the safe operation area.
Emergency Button: Equipped with Emergency Button. The laminator will cut off power supply and keep the upper lid in the same level.
Insurance System: When the lid opens fully, it is locked automatically to protect accident.
Emergency Lid Open System: When the power failed, the lid can be opened to put out of the laminate.
Alarming Systems: All kinds of alarming systems, Over temperature alarm; Oil lack alarm; Lower vacuum alarm; And other alarming systems.
