Fabrication Guideline:-

Fabrication Guideline - ZEN DCF - 01 (FP - 10030)

• Join two length of FP 10015 using Fevikwik and solvent adhesive. Additional bonding strength is provided by using silicone sealant or Fevicol SP5 epoxy sealant.
• Cut joined section as per required length for vertical stile 2 pcs. & horizontal stile 1 pc.
• Fix Gl ' J ' stiffener 25 x 19 x 8 in the hollow spaces as shown.
• Fix' L ' shaped corner pcs. (2 nos.) With zinc coating (90 x 75x75)
• ZEN door chaukhat frame should be fixed after plaster work & flooring is completed.
• Fix the frame to the wall using expandable type fischer screws with sleeve or roll plugs & sheet metal screws csk 75x10 size.
• Press fit the Tee profile FP 2519 in the groove.
• Low tack adhesive protective film should be fixed on surface of frame to protect surface from scratches.
• Use the supporting bar at bottom side of frame for maintaining frame in perfect plumb line.
• Fill up the gap between frame & wall with fevicol mixed white cement.
• Fix corner molding FP 1515 to the frame casing solvent adhesive / fevikwik to provide elegance & close gap if any.

Fabrication Guideline - ZEN DCF - 02 (FP - 11034)

• Cut horizontal stile on both ends as per required length using standard fixture to match contour of profile FP 11034 while joining vertical stile (2 pcs.)
• Fix the vertical & horizontal stiles using 25 x 4 csk screws.
• Fix the special Gl stiffener on back side of vertical & horizontal stile using 13x4 csk screws.
• Fix ' L ' shaped corner pcs. (2 nos.) with zinc coating (90 x 75x75)
• ZEN door chaukhat frame should be fixed after plaster work & flooring is completed.
• Fix the frame to the wall using expandable type fischer screws with sleeve or roll plugs & sheet metal screws csk 75x10 size.
• Screws cap of different colour can be applied on fixing screws.
• Low tack adhesive protective film should be fixed on surface from scratches.
• Use the supporting bar at bottom side of frame for maintaining frame in perfect plumb line.
• Fill up the gap between frame & wall with fevicol mixed white cement.
• Fix corner molding FP 1515 to the frame casing solvent adhesive / fevi kwik to provide elegance & close gap if any.
