Specification

* Casing: Made of Gel coated fiber glass reinforced polyester and resins.
* Fill: Honeycomb and ring type P.V.C. fills are continuously vacuum formed and specially treated to provide the maximum contact area for heat exchange. The crossing of air and water streams in close proximity creates a diffused turbulence conducive to evaporation and efficient heat transfer.




* Sprinkler:Our specially designed for uniform distribution of water over the honeycomb P.V.C. fill. There is no motor, but with the jet recoil force to rotate and distribute the water. This is made of aluminum/brass to avoid corrosion. It consists of P.V.C. pipes, on which series of apertures are drilled longitudinally fitted on a light weight, P.V.C. rotary head and mounted on sealed ball bearings.
* Fan: Made of aluminum alloy, these blades are energy efficient. In conjunction with other features, out FRP cooling towers economize significantly on power consumption.
* Drift Eliminator: To reduce carry over losses through entertainment of moisture drop in air strain. We employ a unique honeycomb channel structure to effectively remove moisture from the rising air stream at the crucial moment.
