Construction
The Samtech Cooling Tower is a vertically induced draft counter flow tower with a cubical shape. It is ideally suited for space economy and cooling efficiency.
FRP Body
The Cooling Tower is made of tough fiber glass reinforced plastic and has sufficient strength to withstand high wind velocities, earthquakes and industrial vibrations
Special Motor (IP 55)
The motor is shockproof, waterproof and of totally enclosed type as per IP-55 and suitable for outdoor mounting.
Fan
The fan is directly driven and of axial flow type. The fan bladed are of cast aluminum and completely free from problems encountered with belt and gear drives.
Drift Eliminator
It prevents spray entertainment, reduces carryover losses of water. The eliminator is of rigid PVC
PVC Fill
Corrosion resistant fill is made of polyvinyl chloride in honeycomb design
Distribution Sprinkler
Sprinkler is fixed and designed to effect uniform distribution of water.
Inspection Window
