Four Torch Boom Welding System

Four Torch Column & Boom Welding System with WISE Fusion enabled  Synergic Pulsed MIG Process.

We are a Kolkata, India based organization engaged in manufacturing and supplying of Special Purpose Machines for Welding, commonly called 'Welding SPM'. This is a Four Torch Column & Boom Welding System. This Fully Automated Welding System is employed for welding of a rectangular Box Section of 11metres in length. TWO Torches are Moved Inside and TWO Travels outside simultaneously. Remote Feeding System are used to feed the filler wires through the torches inside inside the box section. The Welding process employed is Synergic Pulsed MIG with activated WISE Fusion. The welding is absolutely spatter less and Wise Fusion software ensures optimum Arc Length althrough the weld length.
