Forged Steel Valve Testing Machine

These Forged Steel Valve Testing Machine has been indigeniously developed by team of technocrats to meet the requirement of valve industry and is suitable for pressure testing of Forged steel valves for the valve sizes of A a to 2a and upto # 2500.
This Equipment is suitable for screwed end / socket end/ flanged end valves .Some of the features are as enumerated below which helps increase the productivity of testing process as a whole.
FEATURES :
The Operator needs to select the size and class of valve only from the HMI display panel and as per the selection, the seat/ shell pressure and clamping force will get automatically selected from the predefined receipie within PLC memory.
Pressure overshooting control beyond defined standard values within 1 bar is achieved through the help of Proper programming in PLC system.
The clamping force is a proportional type and is being done through operating a simple push button.
Monoblock will prefill the system and High water pressure generation device will generate high pressure .
Opening on the top side has been incorporated to have visibility to check the seat test.
The linear pressure rise at the predefined rate of appx. 1 bar / sec will be achieved to meet the requirement of safety of operator and valve under test.
