Fogger System - 3 Phase Timer With Adjustable On/off Durations, Inbuilt Thermal Overload Relay, Single Phasing Prevention

The Timer is necessary for automatic starting and stopping of the motor. Power -3 phase 3 wires supply should be given to the timer via main switch and 3 wires connection from the timer should be given to the motor.On Time and Off time can be adjusted for 2min.-14min. Depending upon the location,wind velocity at the poultry farm,suitable cycle can be established.Normally 3min.On and 7min.off Time is sufficient. The timers has inbuilt started and thermal overload relay and therefore,a separate starter is not needed. Timer has single phasing prevention to safeguard against single phasing.While start up if negative sequence indicator lamp glow.Interchange two input wires keeping third in place.Low voltage and negative sequence indicator should not glow. Adjust the motor direction by changing wires at motor.
