Flyer Cleaning Machine - Advanced Solvent-based Cleaning System | Three-step Dirt Dissolution, Compressed Air Eliminator, Led Inspection Light

DRY FLYER CLEANER C05 (V1) :
This machine could be used to clean both physical & chemical impurities in the flyer, Physical impurities include fly fibre, dust etc & Chemical impurities include cotton wax, spin finish of synthetic fibres etc.

PRINCIPLE OF CLEANING :
Dissolution of dirt: The natural wax present in cotton, spin finish of synthetic fibres etc could be dissolved using a range of solvents such as Anhydrous Petrol, Acetone etc. The knitted flexible shaft dipped with solvent is rotated with the help of hand speed drill.
Elimination of dirt: With the help of compressed air a special cleaning bullet could be shot through the roving channel to carry the dissolved dirt away.
Final Cleaning: The bullet should be cleaned with a cloth and again be shot through the roving channel to wipe out any left over wet residue and the roving channel could be restored to its smooth condition.

CLEANING METHODS:
THREE STEP PROCESS a Dissolution of dirt => Elimination of dirt => Final Cleaning.
TWO STEP PROCESS a Elimination of dirt => Final Cleaning
If the flyer in severely contaminated the Three Step Process Is to be used and for mild blockage the Two Step process can be adopted.
After completion of the cleaning process an LED light is provided for final inspection.
