Flour Shifter - Metal, Silver, 12 Sacks/hour Capacity | Automatic, Vibratory, Efficient Impurity Removal

Flour shifter used to remove unwanted impurities from the flour. The automatic vibratory type flour sifter, which incorporates screw conveyor, sieves for flour with a capacity of 12 sacks of flour (90Kgs each) per hour. The flour sifter unit comprises of the following components.
1. A flour hopper for carrying the flour change for discharged flour forward.
2. A horizontal screw conveyor for carrying the charged flour forward.
3. A vertical screw conveyor for carrying the flour to a certain height before releasing into the vibratory siever.
4. A vibratory siever unit with a sieve mesh for sieving the impurities from the flour.
5. One 1 Hp flange mounted motor for driving the vertical screw conveyor.
6. One 1 Hp foot mounted motor coupled to a suitable worm reducer gearbox for giving vibratory motion to the sieving unit.
7. Two electrical starters for operating the screws and vibrating sieve to be provided.
