Flotation Cell Wear Resistant Coating

We are producing and exporting of Flotation Cell Wear Resistant Coating to our consumers. BD7052 flotation cell anti abrasion protective coatings is the high performance wear resistant polymeric material compounded by high performance wear resistant particle (silicon carbide ,carborundum etc.) and modified toughening wear resistant resin.Widely used in the repairing of the potion corrosion and abrasion caused by mineral grains in the flotation cell,can also used in the preparation of wear & corrosion resistant pre-protective coating on the inner wall of flotation cell directly.

How to use of BD7052 flotation cell repair coatings:
1.Preparation:According to weight ratio 4:1, make A and B two component mix uniformly,and use it up within 30 min.Generally ita s while construction and configuration.If the temperature is too low,can properly heat up the A component to reduce viscosity for easy to configure.
2.Coating:The suitable coating thickness of BD7052 is 2~5mm.Make the mixed-up material be coating on the pending-repair part layer by layer,the first layer should be compacted,make it infiltrate fully with the substrates.
