We are offering our customers a wide range of Silicone Conductive Coating, which is available in following Specifications :-
PT-0405 Two components compound electronic conductive spraying coating. Characterized by stable resistance value, strong adhesion, wear-resisting, glossy surface, tearing resistance and other advantages. Mainly applied to silicone rubber Connector, intermediate, lightning arrester and other silicone rubber electric cable accessories. Electronic Resistivity Rth:1KIC ~3KIC. (Space between measuring pointi 10mm)
Method of application:-
a c Mix AB agent thoroughly until completely combined.
a c Using the mixer fully stirring for 5 to 10 minutes.
a c Before coating, it will be filtered once through a 200-300 holes filter screen.
a c The mixing ink of effective operating time is 6 hours.
a c When the ink is used, room temperature should be controlled at 22C approximately, and ensure constant temperature and humidity.
Vulcanization conditions:-
a c Vertical oven: 180C, 20 minutes
a c LR conveyer belt: 220C, 7 minutes
