Float Liquid Level Switches Mtuqk-10

These Float Liquid Level Switches MTUQK-10 with single-point and multi-points alarm and control system within various type of opened or sealed containers. They are widely utilized in petrochemical, textile, printing and dyeing, environment protection and civil industry, etc. The instrument is simply structured, easily mounted and low cost.
Working Theory
The level switches mainly include: float, guide rod, reed switch and junction box. Different kinds of measurement medium choose different wetted materials, such as stainless steel, PP, PTFE etc. When the liquid level changes, the float moves up and down along with the rod. Once approaching the reed switch, the off signals will sound through the magnetic coupling. Normal open reed switches connected in magnetic field and disconnected out of magnetic field. Normally closed reed switches disconnected in magnetic field and connected out of magnetic field.
