Fleece Paper

Our organization trading, exporting and supplying Fleece Paper which is a three layer insulation composite made from Polyester film sandwiched between 2 layers of a polyester nonwoven(Fleece), impregnated with a high temperature resin on both sides. This composite is used in rotating machine with a Class F temperature rise.

This Paper has a high dielectric stability as well as high mechanical strength.

This Paper has high smoothness as well as remarkable varnish absorbing capabilities during the impregnation process. This material has been successfully tested at ERDA under class F type for flexible insulation materials (results as overleaf).

The high temperatureres in saturated paper protects the polyester film from thermal degradation at elevated temperatures.

This paper is extensivery usedworldwide as in econiomic Class F Insulation. The insulation is suitable for use as slot, Phase seperators in between & wedges.

This Paper is available in Thickness 0.130 mm to 0.45 mm
Dimensions of Roll - 1000 mm / 950 mm.
Tapes :- 10 mm and above.
