Our Flat Glass Tempering Machines are available with following features :
JetConvectionTM ---Convection heating plays a main role during glass heating. After being heated in jet convection chamber, the hot air inside heating furnace is blown onto glass surfaces and then goes back to hot air blowers for continuous circulation, which not only ensure even heating, low production costs, but enhance the quality of the end products as well.

LD-A JetConvection flat tempering furnace adopts JetConvection heating and radiation heating technologies; it is suitable for tempering high quality flat glass for household appliance. Glass can be tempered including: on-line and off-line Low-E (E=0.03) glass, extra white glass, silk-printed glass, pattern glass, tinted glass, clear glass, etc.

Technical Features:
1) Suitable for tempering middle volume flat glass for architectures, furniture, household appliances and autos industries with high quality;
2) Equipped with Jet Heating convection system additionally, it can temper om-line and off-line Low-E (E=0.02) glass, extra white glass, screen printed glass, tinted glass, clear glass,etc.
