The details of the accessories are as under :

Lug Capping Unit :
This is a unit for capping of pickle bottles using a simple mechanism, wherein the cap will be manually placed and aligned on the bottle mouth and the capping unit would give the necessary pre-set torque to firmly tighten the cap.

Turntable :
This is round table made in Stainless steel, used to feed to containers to be filled, on to the conveyor. The turntable is generally 1 meter in diameter and is fitted with guides in order to guide the containers to the moving conveyor.

Air Jet Cleaning :
This is a unique feature of our filling machines, whereby, the containers to be filled are cleaned, by pumping air at a pressure of 6 kg/sq.cm which helps to loosen up the dust particles if any and simultaneously suck the same using a vacuum facility and discharge the contents into a bag placed outside.

Vibrator :
Generally during filling of granular products and powders, the containers need to be compacted in order to easily fill the desired volumes. The vibrator helps to impart a vibration to the container being filled, so that the compacting occurs simultaneously during filling. The speed of vibration can also be varied by means of a Variable frequency drive which is provided alongwith.
