Manufactured with Fe-based amorphous alloy by vacuum impregnation process, due to unique properties of high saturation flux density, low core losses and low coercive force, it allows a much better soft magnetic property compared with silicon steel and it is supposed to be an environmentally friendly, high efficiency, energy saving magnetic material.
Application :
The material replaces silicon steel and its operating frequency can be up to 50Hz to 10KHz in case of working as various high and medium frequency transformer cores of different power. Working as high power switched mode power supply reactor cores, the operating frequency can be up to 50KHz.It is applicable in fields of high and medium frequency heating power supply, transformers of inverter welders, UPS, power transformers, switched power supply transformers and high energy accelerators etc.
