External Cage Level Switch - Carbon Steel & Stainless Steel, Single & Double Acting Mechanism, Magnetic Lever Actuation, Ibr Versions Available

Our External Cage Level Switches are fabricated for mounting externally at the side of tanks. The external cage is designed in cs or ss construction with flange or socket weld connections & with varied liquid inlet orientations. The external cage encloses a top mounted level switch (cirrus cls7). Due to rise of liquid level inside cage the float along with stroke rod of switch moves in upward direction, hence raising the attractor. Attractor thus on lifting operates a magnetic lever mounted inside the switch enclosure, resulting magnetic lever to come in contact with the attractor. Due to this movement of lever, a microswitch is actuated giving potential free contact output. On reverse, when liquid level falls inside tank & cage, the stroke rod & attractor moves down thus breaking the magnetic field & releasing of the lever & deactuation of microswich. These External Cage Level Switches are available in single & double acting mechanism. Cages are also available in ibr versions for boilers.
