Using methods
1. After clinical finished samples, shake the tube. (As figure 1 )
2. Open test tube caps. (As figure 2),
3. Vertically insert the ESR tube to the entrance of test tube (As figure 3), make it completely closed.
4. Reverse tube and tested tubes (As figure 4), make it vertically downward, then slightly push the tube up, make the blood to zero graduation until combined blockade throat, device automatically close system.
5. Reverse tube and tested tube, make it vertical up. (As figure 5)
6. Then put the combined test tube and test device vertical up, and put them in the corresponding tube stand(As figure 6) ,waiting an hour for reading the figures.
7. After experiment destroy the material.
