Key Features
* Helical gear box with hardened and ground gears, with integral high capacity thrust bearing.
* High L/D ratio with powerful drive for increased throughputs.
* Fully solid-state, electronic control panel for smooth control of the screw speed.
* Temperature control panel fitted with most accurate digital PID temperature controllers for accurate control of process temperature.
* Transducers with digital instrumentation for monitoring/controlling the extrusion pressure with closed loop control.
Produces low density packaging sheet with 20 Kg/cu.m density using isobutane as blowing agent. The Extruder produces Blown sheet which is sized using a cylindrical mandrel, externally cooled through air ring, slit to get a single layer sheet of 1.5 metre width and thickness 1-8mm. The slit sheet is guided into a winder for winding sheet as rolls.
