Application: A choice of different material combinations makes the pumps suitable for water supply, irrigation, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, fire fighting as well as makes it suitable for handling of water in various process industries like paper, Sugar, food & textiles.

Construction Features: Horizontal single stage volute casing pumps, Dimension corresponds to DIN 24255 with end suction top centerline discharge. Back Pullout design, enables to remove the rotor assembly without disturbing the pipelines. All this is possible with just 4 types of bearing brackets, which gives you an added advantage of maximum interchangeability.

Casing: The casing has axial suction and top centerline delivery. Smooth hydraulic passages ensure high efficiency.

Impeller: The impellers are of closed type. Hydraulic balancing of impellers is achieved either by back vanes or by balancing holes. The impellers are statically and dynamically balanced. Reliable fixing of impellers on shaft is achieved by using Self-locking nut.

Shaft: The shaft is supported by two anti frictional bearings to take residual axial thrust and prevent axial flow of radial run out. It is fully protected from the liquid handled by means of shaft sleeve and gaskets between impeller nut, impeller hub and shaft sleeve.
