The elevator operates by engaging the container to an arm attached to the column. Container is then raised and lowered by hydraulic system with built in safety parameters. The four point contact bearing on the column makes it possible to position the loaded container by hand radial to discharge the contents in the processing equipment.
Based on the feedback from customers, Saan Engineers has further simplified the operation to make the system more operations friendly. The butterfly valves of these containers, where lifting height exceeds 1 metre height can be pneumatically actuated by simple push buttons within the operators reach at the floor level.
Pnuematic vibrator can also be used on the containers in the case of sticky products.
