Features: Compact design Easy installation Corrosion resistant Features and Specifications Each Governor unit is tested on adjustable tripping Governor Pulley manufacture by best graded castings for gripe with rope. Sleeve bearings are given on both pulley to avoid noise. Operation even at adjusted tripping speed in both directions. Safety switch is provided for electrically control the traction machine. Sleeve bearings are inserted on both pulley to avoid noise and smooth movement with low maintenance. Test groove is provided for testing the governor at site. Pulley made out of quality graded castings for better friction and grip with rope. Each Governor set is tested on adjustable tripping speed and locked on required speed when assembled. Safety in case of Over Travel: Three phase electric power is disconnected from control panel and motor, the moment of lift car moves beyond the limit of top and bottom terminal floors causing immediate application of the brake to bring the lift to halt. Safety in case of Rope Breakage: In the event of breakage of ropes,lift speed exceeds the rated speed in the downward direction due to gravitational acceleration. The over speed governor activates the clutch mechanism thereby switching off main controls and jamming the elevators car safely on guide rails. Buffer Spring: Most reliable in all operating conditions for providing maximum safety in case of buffering of lift car. Fan Automatic sleep: Car fan automatically stops when there are no registered floor calls resulting into saving in power and enhancing its life. Over Load Sensor with audio visual Indication: On overloading of the lift, car audio-visual indication is provided and doors are kept open till excess load is removed. Infrared Light Curtain: Full height infra red curtain with multiple criss-crossing light beams detect the smallest obstruction in door path and stop doors from closing.
