>> The worm is made from high quality hardened steel generated, ground & super finished with imported worm & gear cutting machines.
>> The worm wheel is made from cast nickel phosphor bronze confirming to BS 1400. PB-2 rim moulded with cast iron centre. Sleeve bearings are used on worm shaft with angular contact ball bearings being used to take thrust load.
>> Sleeve bearings are provided on wheel shaft for maximum load carrying capacity. Each & every gear unit have limited backlash for lift operation.
