Elevator Access Control systems allow users to access to designated floors. Elevator access can depend on the usera s classification, the time zone, which elevator is being approached, and the armed state of a floor. In addition, changes to the status of a zone can either cause elevator to grant access to a floor, or cause the elevator to deny access. By using one or more of these attributes, you can create elevator access control policies that are extremely flexible and secure. Features:
a cOne Controller per elevator car: Per elevator car one Elevator Access Controller (EAC) is must. There is no communication between two distinct elevator cars and only one card reader can be interfaced, which will be inside the elevator.
a cSupports up to 52 Floors: An EAC supports 12 floors including ground floor and a basement floor. It can be attached to Elevator Access Control Expansion Board (EACEB) using FRC connector which supports additional 10 floors. Each EAC can be attached to maximum 4 EACEB to control a total of 52 floors using 1 EAC and 4 EACEB with the option of floor control relay from the EAC being directly interface with the elevators floor control buttons.
