In this system, paint is negatively charged through electrostatic negative dc charge.Negatively charged air filled carries -ve ions , carries paint particles towards object to be painted.

This equipment provides up to 40% more paint saving against any conventional gun.
Mostly inside the painting booth. Job is positively earthed,paint is charged at tip of the electrostatic gun. Due to opposite charges paint get attracted from the sides. Hard to rich areas & certain amount of backside. Transfer efficiency of this gun is around 75%. Approximate 30% paint can be saved.
