Construction

The typical Electronic Weighing consists of a fabricated platform, 4 or 6 or 8 load cells, junction box, Load cells cable (from J. Box to weigh bridge cabin) and weighing indicator. Electronic weigh bridge can be classified as:-

• Pitless type / surface mounted weighbridge
• Conventional pit type weighbridge. Pitless weighbridge saves the cost of civil work. It is useful in areas where hazardous gases are present in the atmosphere, where the soil is rocky, & in low lying areas where water logging is problem.

• This special feature eliminates the need of cumbersome Constrained/Tie rods & thereby eliminates friction.
