(Elastomeric Foam Insulation, CR Contact Adhesive)

Description
ALFIX-INS154 is a solvent based low voc, polychloroprene contact adhesive, used for strong and flexible full surface bonding of elastomeric rubber to elastomeric rubber and elastomeric rubber to various galvanized and non-galvanized metal. ALFIX-INS154 is manufactured by safe and voc exempted solvent and does not content restricted material. The adhesive can easily apply by brush or pressure feeding equipment, design for contact adhesive.

Recommended Uses:
ALFIX-INS154 is highly recommended to bond polyolefin; nitrile closed and opens cell, cross-link polyethylene, EPDM foam and similar elastomeric insulation to itself and with most of building materials, for air-conditioning duct, cold and hot pipe line, HVAC equipment, Industrial jacketing & piping etc.

Storage & Shelf Life:
Store in a cool, dry place, out of direct sunlight and away from all sources of ignition. Storage areas must be well ventilated, store between 5 and 30c. Shelf life is up to 12 months when stored in original, unopened containers, under the above mentioned conditions.

(Tubing & Butt Joints Elastomeric Insulation Contact Adhesive)

Description
ALFIX-INS156TP is a low voc high solid poly-chloroprene based rubber contact adhesive. The adhesive is specially design to adhere different types of elastomeric tubing & piping insulation, and its butt joints. It is also recommended where multi layers and thick insulation sheet to be installed. ALFIX-INS156TP is having very good performance with most of thick curved surfaces, where mainly normal adhesive does not perform.
